Gran Fondo

From the organisers of the Etape Eryri and Tour de Mon brings you the brand new cycle sportive, Gran Fondo. The Gran Fondo Conwy will take you on a challenging but scenic ride around the best roads that Conwy has to offer.

All routes will start and finish at Conwy Quay next to the spectacular Conwy Castle. The quay will become a focal point to cyclists for one Sunday in April. You can choose from three options;

Gran Fondo Bach

The Gran Fondo Bach is the shortest route of the cycle at 47 miles long. The event starts at 9:00 where you will cycle a route that goes through Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, Tal Y Cafn and back to Conwy. The entry fee is £31.99

Gran Fondo Canol

The Gran Fondo Canol is the middle of the line route of the event at 76 miles long. The event starts at 8:00 where you will cycle a route that goes through Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, Tal Y Cafn, Llanrwst, Trefriw and back to Conwy. The entry fee is £35.99

Gran Fondo Mawr

The Gran Fondo Mawr is the longest route of the cycle at a gigantic 104 miles long. The event starts at 7:00 where you will cycle a route that goes through Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Abergele, St Asaph, Llangernyw Tal Y Cafn and back to Conwy. The entry fee is £39.99

If you don't fancy to join the cycle event you can always come and see the entertainment. They have live music, family entertainment and food stalls to keep everyone happy.
